Information about Rated Power Consumption and Power Consumption (at video streaming only).

As of January, 2017

We have defined the measurement conditions for "Power consumption (at video streaming only)" as follows. But the heater should be off even if the cameras built-in with heaters.

1) Network Cameras (360-degree, Dome and Box-type cameras)

  • 1-1) Under enough illumination and Adaptive black stretch is inactive.
    (IR LED illumination is inactive for the cameras with built-in IR LED lights. Therefore, it shall be in color (not in black/white).)
    1-2) Transmitting one stream to a devicesuch as a recorder at 30fps (H.264, Aspect ratio 16:9 and 1280x720 pixels).
    1-3) Audio transmission for a camera with AUDIO input or built-in microphone is inactive.
    1-4) Recording onto SD memory card is inactive.

2) Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Network Cameras

  • 2-1) Same conditions as 1-1) through 1-4), above.
    2-2) Pan, Tilt and/or Zoom are inactive.

3) Pan/Tilt Network Cameras(WV-SW17x and WV-ST16x)

  • 3-1) Pan and/or Tilt are inactive.
    3-2) Audio transmission is inactive.
    3-3) Recording onto SD memory card is inactive.

4) Encoders

  • 4-1) Transmitting one stream to a devicesuch as a recorder at 30fps (H.264, D1 mode).
    Note: For WJ-GXE500 only, transmitting four streams.
    4-2) Audio transmission is inactive.
    4-3) Recording onto SD memory card is inactive.

5) Analog Cameras (Dome and Box-type cameras)

  • 5-1) Under enough illumination and Adaptive black stretch is inactive.
    (IR LED illumination is inactive for the cameras with built-in IR LED lights. Therefore, it shall be in color (not in black/white).)
    5-2) Audio transmission for a cameras with AUDIO input or built-in microphone is inactive.

6) Analog Cameras (Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Cameras)

  • 6-1) Same conditions as 5-1) and 5-2), above.
    6-2) Pan, Tilt and/or Zoom are inactive.
